FROM ADVERSITY COMES CREATIVITY

All of us coped with 2020 in different ways. One of mine was through creativity. This little gem was built during the last days before lockdown in March. Alex was stuck in France and I was contemplating how we were going to face the rest of the year. I lost myself in these Kapla blocks and let the mindfulness of creation take hold. Like everything, it too has now passed. It’s now only a photo in my phone. This week, I’m inspired to get my creative cap on again. Watch out for a new window centred on CREATE, PLAY, LEARN. (it’s not just for the under 10s – there is no shame in playing with blocks no matter what age!)

WOVEN AT REVOLOGY CONCEPT STORE

We’re really excited to have beautiful wool products from The Woven available now in store and online in our online shop. Michelle, the awesome chick behind the brand is a genius with colours (as her gorgeous pallet of wool attests). All the wool has been shorn, dyed and processed in the South Island. You can’t get more local than that. Michelle is going to join us for an evening at Revology for Tea, nibbles and a refresher course on how to knit. We’re doing a special 10% off all knit kits for attendees. Join us Wednesday 25th November from 5:30pm – 6:30pm. $20 or FREE if you buy one of The Woven kits. Limited to 15 spots.

ICED TEA BACK ON THE MENU

ICED TEA AT REVOLOGY

This little one was brewed this afternoon. Organic Re+Focus Tea, a teaspoon of Mother & Daughter elderflower syrup, a handful of blueberries, mint and a good handful of ice. Just what the doctor ordered.
