2020 was a tough year for many. Uncertainty and stress has left us tired and fatigued, and for some feeling the need to make changes to look after health and wellbeing. 2021 is a new beginning, a chance to look after ourselves and those around us. We cannot pour from an empty cup, and 2020 may have been the much-needed wake-up call that we can no longer sustain ourselves without first addressing our health and wellbeing.

At Revology we wanted to settle into the new year the right way, which is why in the month of February we are hosting a number of workshops and product launches designed to focus on replenishment and restoration.

Tuesday 23rd February: Natural Approaches to Stress with Wild Dispensary
Wednesday 24th February: Introduction to Ayurveda & Herbal Medicine for Women’s Health
Thursday 25th February: The Woven Knitting Club

We can’t wait to see you there.

JOIN US FOR A LOOK AT ANCIENT & HOLISTIC HEALING

To announce the release of our new product, Sattva Botanicals Women’s Health formula, we have the very own Sarita Blankenburg of Ayurveda New Zealand joining us for an introduction to Ayurveda.

Sarita is a diploma certified Ayurveda practitioner and Yoga teacher who studied Ayurvedic medicine in New Zealand as well as India with a strong interest in women’s health.

Her talk covers an introduction to the history, philosophy and basic principles of Ayurveda, during which Sarita will explain the Ayurvedic herbs and their healing properties in the Women’s Health formula, and share insights into its benefits.

Join us on Wednesday 24th of February from 5pm – 6pm at Revology. Tickets are $20. Limited spaces available. Register now by emailing contact@revology.co.nz.

TEA, KNITTING AND NATTER

We’re really excited to have a new product from The Woven line, Sumptuous, available now in store. Michelle, the awesome chick behind the brand is a genius with colours (as her gorgeous pallet of wool attests). All the wool has been shorn, dyed and processed in the South Island. You can’t get more local than that.

In line with the need to look out for our own and one another’s mental health, Michelle is going to kick off a knitting club to be hosted here at Revology on the Thursday 25th of February at 5pm and again on the 25th of March. Enjoy our wonderful teas while knitting with friends, old and new.
