Green Tea

From a clean, grassy sencha to a floral hibiscus blend and a warming spiced green tea, these are our loose leaf green teas. The leaves are grown by Rimpocha, a social enterprise in the Darjeeling region of India that farms biodynamically and works on fair trade terms with small growers. Each 75g jar makes about 55 cups.

The secret to good green tea is cooler water: 75 to 80°C for 2 to 3 minutes keeps it fresh rather than bitter. Our guide on how to brew loose leaf tea has the details.
