Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit GIFT VOUCHER , a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
All sale items and flash sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, earrings and women's swimwear are also non-returnable.
We recommend choosing these items carefully to ensure they meet your needs before completing your purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; Revology does not cover these expenses.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged;
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging;
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately at contact@revology.co.nz with a valid receipt (order number or bank statement) and clear photos or videos of the issue.
If the issue isn’t a clear manufacturing defect, shows signs of damage or wear from use, or is outside what we consider a reasonable timeframe, we’ll need to check with our supplier to see if it’s covered under their warranty. If the supplier confirms it’s faulty, we’ll decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the item. If the supplier determines that the item isn’t faulty or isn’t covered by warranty, we won’t be able to offer further assistance.
