Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Revology, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if there are any issues. We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items may be returned for:
- A Store Credit (Gift Voucher)
- An exchange for another product
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Shoes
Shoes are eligible for size or colour exchanges only within 7-10 days of receiving your order o please contact us with less than 48-72 hours - contact@revology.co.nz .
To qualify for an exchange, shoes must:
- Be unworn and in original condition.
- Be returned in their original shoe box and packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or use.
All shoe exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, clearance, or product-specific reasons:
- Sale and Flash Sale items
- Room Sprays
- Tea House products
- Socks
- Earrings and necklaces
- Women's wear
- Blankets
- Baby linens
- Pottery
Please choose these items carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@revology.co.nzand provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue
Please retain all original packaging where possible, especially if the item may have been damaged during transit.
If we request that an item be returned for assessment, it must be packaged securely to prevent further damage during transport.
Once we receive the information, we will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we may provide a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If the item requires further assessment, we may refer the claim to our supplier or manufacturer. If the supplier confirms that the issue is covered under warranty, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
If the assessment determines that the issue is due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or is not covered by warranty, we may be unable to offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Consumer Guarantees Act
All purchases from Revology are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by New Zealand law.
Any disputes relating to purchases from Revology will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
